After Eight mousse

I found my favorite recipe! I usually surf the internet and I find different recipes, I change them, and if they are OK I post them. I am not overly fond of sweets, I like to prepare them and see what reaction others have enjoying it. But After Eight chocolate is my favorite and I could eat them all the time! So I combined it in a recipe.

Am gasit reteta mea preferata! De obicei navighez pe internet gasesc diferite retete, le modific, adica experimentez si care imi ies si sunt delicioase le postez. Eu nu sunt un iubitor exagerat al dulciurilor, mie imi place sa le pregatesc si sa vad ce reactiea au altii cand le gusta. Dar ciocolata After Eight este un preferat al meu si oricand asi putea sa mananc din ea! Asa ca l-am combinat intr-o reteta.



Ingredients:
12 pcs. After Eight chocolate
100 gr. milk
chocolate
250 gr. mascarpone
250gr. cream
                                            

Ingredinete:
12  buc. ciocolata After Eight
100 gr. ciocolata de lapte
250 gr. Mascarpone
250 gr. frisca





Put on low heat 50 ml cream and melt in it the After Eight and milk chocolate. Leave it to cool. From the other 200 ml cream make whipped cream.

Punem la foc mic 50 ml frisca lichida in care topim ciocolata After Eight si ciocolata de lapte. Lasam la racit. Frisca lichida care ne ramane il batem spuma.

 
Mix the melted chocolate with the Mascarpone cream (this should be at room temperature). 

 Crema Mascarpone care trebuie sa fie la temperetura camerei, amestecati-o cu ciocolata topita.

  
 After that add the whipped cream and mix it gently. That's it.  

 Dupa acesta adaugati frisca spuma si amestecati-o usor. Atat.

 
Put it into glasses, garnish with whipped cream or After Eight chocolate. Good appetite!

Puneti in pahare, decorati cu frisca sau ciocolata After Eight. Pofta buna!

  2. Cred ca iese si daca nu topesc ciocolata After Eight, nu? Sa fie doar Mousse de cioclata? Nu de alta, dar am plin de cioclata in casa si as folosi-o pe cea pe care o am :)

    1. Daca nu topesti ciocolata nu iese mousse, si nu cred ca mascarpone-ul preia atat de bine gustul ciocolatii. Dar merita o incercare :)

    1. Marimea cupei pe care o vezi in imagine este medie. Depinde cat de mult pui in ea, dar aprox. 4-5 cupe iti ies.
